Staying at Palms Garden Inn was a pleasant surprise due to its warm, welcoming customer service. The location is perfect for exploring the area, with nearby dining options just a walk away.

Unfortunately, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. There were several visible stains and marks, and the maintenance seemed a bit outdated, especially with door access issues.

Arriving to a grimy door was off-putting, as was the smell and the presence of flies likely due to nearby trash bins. The room cleanliness was disappointing—cobwebs and dirty coffee pots showed a lack of attention to detail, and the bed comfort left something to be desired, feeling more like an air mattress than a proper bed.

missing breakfast

the room was so dirty, I’m convinced they haven’t cleaned it since 1982. cobwebs everywhere, I almost expected a haunted ghost to offer me tea. breakfast? nonexistent! I had to settle for disappointment instead. a complimentary upgrade would have been the least they could have done to salvage this mistake of a stay. ridiculous!

quiet, clean haven with friendly staff near interstates

Great pet-friendly space with accommodating staff. We enjoyed the large King bed and convenient microwave in the room during our stay. Truly a welcoming experience overall.
